Your upline will have looked after you, nurtured you and, most of all, encouraged you with their belief in you. As a result, you will have found the motivation to find other people and you are to be congratulated for your efforts. These people are now your downline and it is your responsibility to take care of them. This starts your next phase as an MLM business owner.
You are now a leader and will be called upon to provide support and guidance. Its not easy being a leader. Very few people are ever born leaders, but there are a few things that you can learn and use to make you much better at being the type of leader that helps motivate your team, catapulting them, as well as yourself, to success. To achieve this, you must truly believe in your MLM business, the products and your success. By believing in yourself, you are paving the way to your success, as well as your downline.
